Last Guild Standing

Does last guild standing mean we only have to take out all the guilds to win? Or do we have to take out all the inactive loner players too?

yea that's right, kinda sucks though at the very end you have to go around eating all the lone 1k city's. that's gotta go surely? its no fun :(
