lost account

I have been a Valor player since Nov 2011 starting with w31. From the beginning Ive played on an Ipad (1) and have of course developed some great relationships in this tiime. I recently purchased an ipad 5 with IOS6, backed up everything on the cloud and mde the transfer after which I cleaned up the original Ipad and gave it to my son. All my info transferred to new Ipad but when I reinstalled Valor it started me out as a new player. Is there any hope of recovery to my account and a year and a half of work?
My Player name is Pantocrator and I am mainly of w31 and w91

Look at preferences, there a section for the account transfers... Even an help section about this too if my memory is good...
