Also having the same problem, how long is the maintenance expected to last?

Same same as other. No connection to server nut let's me in. Worse my army has dissappeared.

Glad I'm not the only one having problems. Says nothing about server maintenance. Took my wi-fi apart, updated my iPhone software and the problem is not at my end!

The fact that there are inconsistent messages around maintenance is really annoying. No status messages, wrong information when playing the game, and perhaps it is me, but the maintenance periods seem to be done when it is night/early morning US time but affects EU players a lot!
Don't they know there is *no* good time when it comes to gaming?
Better notice and correct information please... Many of us do pay money on this, so you can't even say that they can get away with doin it to a 'free' service.

I hope they get it sorted soon though because I was just starting to enjoy the game aswell. :/

Managed to get on to build and farm but have to try everything twice.

This is a bit of a problem especially when its a time based game

I seem to be able to get on there now and do a few things, however, still frequently comes up with connect to server. T is still very slow also.
