If I can throw my 2 cents in...
Players who have been cheating should be banned for life, and not just have to buy the scrolls they were supposed to have already... Buying scrolls retroactively is far, far easier than having to do it without the 100+ cities you got illegally...
My guild for one has submitted two, count them, two tickets of cheater we have discovered in world 105... We are still to receive any response...
We have taken care of one of them, but quark games / play mesh don't seem too interested in the people ruining the fun for others... I'm putting it down to problems during the takeover period, I really hope the support group sorts its problems out...
I'm not b1tching and am still having a lot of fun playing the most awesome game I have ever played. I have been looking for a game like this for a very long time, and the changes that have been brought out have been different but have added a whole new dynamic to a very solid structure... Keep it up quark... Just remember that if you don't punish those who hurt your games, and do it openly, you will lose players that keep the game alive for years...

I dont know why everyone is so angry. Powerbang is completely right in what he says, maybe some of the cheaters know that things are being implemented against them, but so what? i mean whats done is already done, and its going to stop most of them in their tracks. Maybe a few can work out a way to not get screwed, but its not that big a deal. Its just a game, and they are making a fix that is needed, but what they get for it is hate from you guys who are just taking this to the absolute extreme! When i read most of your comments I thought you must be joking, because you guys are getting ao worked up over a fix to the game, it really is sad. For those of you who don't know, powerbang has also put alot of time int to making strategy guides to help any one who plays, you can see thoes here http://valorgame.com/wiki/strategy/strategy-guides/, and maybe he dosn't have a ton of posts, but why would that matter, where he does post he does his best to help and explain and make valor a better place, and for that you guys are turning your hate on him. He is a very well deserved Lion of Valor, and i know im not that much, but my opinion is you guys need to just give it a break and be happy about a much needed fix.

Ok, look hold on... I have no beef with quark games... They have put out a class game and I commend then for that... If you read most you will see that my only trouble with the dev team is their response time to support tickets... And like I said this is probably due to the fact that they arena transition period...
My confusion comes in when people say that having negative scrolls is a suitable punishment for cheating... It is not it is still cheating and more should be done to level the playing fields for people who play this game within the constraints of the rules. Perhaps you can explain to me how this is in fact even punishment...
Again, pm/ quark games are doing a splendid job...

first off, I'd just like to say... LOL!!
guys, quark games team is simply trying to implement a fix for an oversight in original development that people have found and exposed. there have been many MANY of these that have slowly been disappearing thanks to the development team. these players that have been exploiting this loophole are not impossible to kill with the proper strategy. with that said, a few weeks of heads up will do two things in lieu of just warning them.
1. it will slow down aggression due to preparations to catch up on scholarships.
and 2. level the playing field. being a lion of valor does not make you one of these players. not does it mean you are simply at the top of the points scoreboard. while that may be partly the case. w110 actually has 4 lions in the top 10 who are also ranked 1-4 in ksa. so please straighten your facts before casting judgment. I, for one, have nothing but a huge THANKS to pwnlaw and team for addressing this loophole and taking action against it.

p.s. i was in world 110 for a little bit... *shudder* anonymous... haha really i had to quit because i had vacation for a few weeks and I knew if i wasn't killed, i wouldn't be able to come back, or at least missing 2 weeks im not willing to play for to long to get back in it.

I am wondering if the players that have ridiculous amounts of negative scholars are being invited to the TOC. That is my huge issue with these negative scholars. I can see a few (because of magic troop glitch or capping a city that already had scholars that were out of city during capping) but I know there are people out there in the hundreds of negative scholars and abusing this glitch puts them into very high ranks because the real non cheating players take too long to get the same amount of cities as these cheaters.
So basically does TOC stand for Tournament of Champions or Tournament of Cheaters?
