Orlor is promptly addressing tickets, and from what i can see, working overtime to do so. yes, i get deeply frustrated with the way things happen at times. but they are trying to make amends. first, to every player that spends TIME. not just money, playing this game. and i'm sure your added MONEY that you spend playing to level the playing field or to take a small advantage with, will be sorted just as promptly. if it takes a submitted ticket from the support platform then, so be it. submit the ticket. takes just as long, if not longer, to post a thread in a forum you have to log onto to create a thread to moan and groan about it. you have 100 gold credited to your account to add 7 days of a queue extender (free of charge) and an extra 50 to truce, or insta spy as you see fit. bottom line, if you pay for gold you likely already have it. and i'd be willing to bet money that your boosts and your extender purchased before the crash will simply be extended beyond the free 7 days you're receiving to put you right back in a position to level or take your vantange point on the competition. trash talking is no help. if you have a support issue, i'm positive that orlor and company will take care of your concerns on a ticket by ticket basis. if you have suggestions, feel free to visit that topic in the forum and create the thread for your suggestions. after all, all input is good input to help improve the game. i actually second the notion to stop focusing on graphics for a game that has no real time battle scenes. just my input. i'd also suggest that the free gold and boosts given to the player that started this thread by crying about free stuff being given to them, have it removed from their account for being ungrateful that the game is even back up. go cry in a hole. thank you.
