Could not withdraw/send back support

Why is it that I am unable to withdraw my troops from another city? I sent a load of troops to help someone out who seems to have gone AWOL for a while and would like them back but every time I try and get them back I get Error: Could not withdraw/send back support - this happens from any of my cities that I try and recall support.

Send a request to the support team. I have the same problem and they helped me.

We did have an issue with this recently, it should be all fixed now.
If anybody else is having an issue with this please contact our support team.
