You also forgot to mention which world you're in.
Try looking at your map and asking people in guilds on there.

I very much doubt you will find one here
Look at the map in game
Click on a city
It will tell you which players have guilds
Ask them if you can join

If your looking for a guild then go to the "Worlds" section and post it in what world you are in. Or go to leader boards and regional then apply for guild that way.
