Gold gone

I've been messaging valor for almost a full day -- gold loaded (paid!). Used some so know it's their issue and not iTunes. When I leave and re-enter the balance is gone. I message, it comes back. Then everything repeats when I leave. I'm at the end of my rope. Any suggestions anyone???

Do you mean you have contacted our support team when you say you messaged Valor?

Our support team is currently not open on weekends so they won't respond to you till tomorrow morning.
