Am i screwed ????

Having issues with my iphone 4s, so i went to the Apple store & they gave me a new phone. They transferred everything over (including Valor app), but when i went to go into 1 of the 2 worlds i play....It acted like i was a first time player...issued me a new city, etc..... Apple told me there is nothing that they can do on their end... Is there a way to get my accounts back ??? I do have some screen shots, but that is it.....SOMEBODY HELP ME !!!
