I'd appreciate it if someone could take me step-by-step through the process of creating a sister guild. I've scoured the web and found no source that fully explains HOW to create sister guilds.

A sister guild is just an alliance with another guild, they have stronger bonds than an alliance with any other guild but are essentially the same.

You can either have some one you trust from your own guild leave and start a new one, or work on your relationship with an already established friendly guild.

go to diplomacy enter guilds tag and select allie nap enemies that will change the color of the cities on the map indicating friend or foe.
