How do i validate my email?

I want to make a forum for my guild but when I make a thread it needs me to validate my email.Where do I do this?

Click your home button to view all the buildings in your city then in the upper right area there is a gear lookin thing that takes you to settings. Very top of that screen is where you type in your email.
