Can i change my world?

Hey is there any way to change my world?? My world seems to be full of non-active people..
And i dont want to start over again, as i have spent a good amount of time into the game..

No. You cannot change worlds but you can join another.

Ok last question.. How do i do that, and which world is the best to join?

In the Portal screen press the Worlds button.
It depends on your preferences.
Slow worlds have a play by mail feel to them.
Fast worlds are better suited to the active player.
