Disband Bug?

When I got on to check my 28 member guild in w68, number one in my region I might add, my whole guild was gone. We are planning to join the new number one guild there but I wanted to to call to attention this potentially catastrophic glitch. If I could get some info on this happening that would be much appreciated.
