account transfer issue

I have a problem. I switched from Android to iPhone yesterday and transferred my Valor account successfully. The iPhone then unfortenately needed to be reset and the iCloud backup was restored. Everything is well, all orher apss contacts etc got bac but except Valor who thinks I want to transfert twice within 24 hours. Anyone idea to solve this?

Be sure to contact the support team as they are the ones who can assist you with re setting your transfer waiting period.

You can email them at support@quarkgames.com .

The support team is closed on the weekends so your ticket will be answered when they re open on Monday.
