How to run thru the new tutorial?

Title says it all. How do I run thru the new or old or any tutorial again. I tried many times to delete account. But there is no way to complete start over. Yes I know how to start over but not how to start from full scratch with new town name. The old data stays stuck on yur phone. What a load of u know what.

Currently only brand new players are able to see the tutorial.

We are making a lot of changes to it, so it may be something you could opt into again for a future version.
