I don't know if this is the right place, but I don't know what else to do.
I had to restore my iPhone for an issue outside of Valor. So I have download Valor again and I am trying to complete the Account Transfer, but when I hit the transfer button, the Valor icon shows in the middle of the screen and then nothing happens and I have received no emails for the account transfer. I have checked if it has been tagged as spam/junk.
I have logged a support request and I have an email confirming the request has been made, but that was 18 hours ago and it is still showing as unassigned.
Also another request for a smaller matter I made over a month ago is also showing as unassigned with no response.
So I am afraid I will have no way of getting back on to Valor, as I can't complete the account transfer and my support requests aren't being responded to.
