Transfer devices?

Why can I not transfer my account to a new device? Is there a known issue? I go and enter in my email to transfer, it thinks for a bit then does nothing. It's been a long time since I transferred devices so I know that's not it.

I sent in a support ticket back at the end of December and have not received any help on this issue.

I have had tickets in for over 2 months. All I got was a request for more info that was already in ticket.

Ok time for an update on this been almost a month now. Please give me an update as to when we can transfer devices. Are you even working on this issue?

Sorry but the way it seems like the company that bought quarks doesn't care about our issues all they want is our money in gold
