Who do I complain to?

I purchased coins, money came out of my account. No coins showed up. Emailed support TWICE. Got back the automated message and that is it. No one has contacted me and it has been a week.

So I gather no response? What a ****in ripoff. Just so everyone knows if you spend cash for coins- you will have your money stolen

There is a tiny fraction of Gold transactions that fail, we apologize for that, but I can take care of it for you now if you have an issue again. Apologies for the frustration.
