Not recognizing guild creation

I have done the create guild 3 times now, and each time I try to collect for the quest I am told I cannot collect at this time, and the tick beside guild membership disappears.

And yes, guild created shows up each time

Hi folks,

I just started 2 days ago as part of the new team that preceded me by a bit and working to get my hands around what is happening. Did you create a ticket in Zendesk for this problem yet? If so, do you have the ticket number and I can check on it for you? thanks.
