New Trouble Ticket System

Hi Valorians,

We're implementing a new trouble ticket system that is going to be much easier to use for both you and us. Don't worry, we aren't losing all the old tickets, but going forward, this is what we'll be using. Please come and make a profile there when you have something to report. http://osticket.valor-game.com/

When can android users expect a updated Valor experience?

Must say things look hopeful!!!!!! Response time excellent. If closure is as good and Valor becomes glitch free, thus avoiding so many tickets, Valor will once again be the excellent game it was 3 years ago.

The vast majority of issues are in the backend engine, which can manifest differently on different platforms. It is that backend engine we are currently rewriting with an expectation of releasing next month. We'll then be working on what is left on the various remote platforms.

FYI, there have been some difficulties with the new ticketing system, namely uploading screenshots. I've updated a few things, and it seems to be working. If you have any more difficulty, submit a ticket. Thanks!

If you are also a member on Kakao, if you leave your Kakao ID in your report, that would be helpful. We have some things we're working on that some live feedback would be a good thing.

Would just like to say a big thanks to Shawn Gordon in support who helped me finally get my account working again on this site.
I did have trouble posting ss on ticket the other day also but as you state in the post above it was sorted.
If your doing your best to help here I'm sure you all are doing your best to get the game better also.
