So the two main problem scenarios with transfers that I'm seeing so far today are:

1. You don't have an email setup for the account, so you can't get the verification notice.
2. The email is filtering to your spam folder and you aren't seeing it.

Anyone having trouble, please check these first, and then file a ticket if it persists. Include as much detail as possible, like:

* What steps to get to that point
* version of iOS
* Device
* Double check you have the 3.3.1 version of Valor

So I have done everything to try and do an account transfer. Still can not transfer. Ticket is in system.
Can anyone confirmed that this feature is working, being able to transfer devices?

Yea, it was tested a lot and we tried it today internally when we got reports and it still works, I'm waiting to hear if QA can reproduce what is happening right now. Hold tight..

To update what I said yesterday on things to look at. The game requires a validated email address with your account. So if you never validated your email address, that is a problem, you need to do that. Another problem associated with email addresses, is that at some point in time you unsubscribed, so the email system won't deliver the notice. I'm manually looking at the ones where I have an email address and I've found a number that I had to put back on. So I'm working through the tickets right now to resolve that.

Are there any known players who have successfully transferred their account following this new update? Seems we all are getting same messages that points to us not validating our email account or not checking spam messages; however, no one has acknowledged receiving an account transfer acknowledgement email and actually able to successfully transfer.
