Cannot abandon world?

Hello, I'd like to abandon a world but the button won't work for me on the "Info" section of the world I want to abandon. It's not selectable. The Start Over button looks selectable but I don't want to do that. Any ideas why this might be the case?

First start over and then there will be option of abandon

Is that your only available world? You aren't able to abandon it if that is the case.

on my Kindle Fire, I have never been given the option to abandon or start over. I have cities in worlds 77 & 78. just thought it should be known.
