Unable to connect

It alway says "Must summon the power of the internet to play the game"! Why does it always say that? Am I doing something wrong? It not fair that I can not access my cities and when I do, I have been attacked. Please help.

This has been a problem for the last 6+ hours. So bad it is unusable. 1 out of 5 tries to do anything succeeds. Cant rely on what the map, or my resources or the building levels are showing me. At least this time I was not in the middle of attacks, like I was the last 3 times. Time to look for another game. Evony is starting to look good again.

Now it say Valor is unavailable! Is there a way to get refunded on money I just recenty spent on this game? I am seriously feeling completely ripped off!?!
