Trying to figure out id it is needed for me to upgrade from lvl 25 to 30 in my current city. I have been looking around to find a table displaying the building time bonus at each level city hall, but can for my life not find any. Does anyone have these numbers or a link to a table? The information often leaves a lot of guessing..

Upgrades to buildings and your city hall does not change any of your production times for items already in production.
An example - Level 3 city hall, with level 4 and 5 queued.
Upon completion of a level 4 city hall, the queue time for the level 5 city hall will not change automatically, but will take same amount of time as it would have for a level 3.
This also applies to barracks, stables and workshops.
You need to re-queue this production to be able to avail of the faster production times.
