How can I find out how old world 83 is? Why can't we send resources between guild members before the 14 days?

Go to your guild forum and find the oldest post (usually someone makes an introductions post right at the beginning of the world). That will give you a rough idea of how many days ago the world started (if your guild was started then, etc).
