Im New To The Game & I Was Wondering How Many Troops Would Be A Good Amount To Have Before I Begin To Attack My First City.

There's no one correct answer. It depends on a variety of factors, such as what kind of city you are attacking, how many troops that city has, how far into existence the world you're in has been in, etc, etc.
An excellent way to be sure, is to scout (instant spy, etc) out your target city, determine its strength, and then utilize the in-game Battle Simulation calculator to figure out how many troops you need to conquer it for sure.

Start off by attacking a barbarian city since they won't attack back yet and you can get a feel for it. Then work up the courage from there

Well Right Now I Have Only 80 Lancers Should I Wait To Get My Sentry & Beserks Too Or Just Send A Few Lancers??

You could attack but if the city has a high level city wall you shouldn't

Scout it first. Usually they have 10 lancers and 5 zerks like everyone starts off with. Wall level higher than 5 will kill a good amount of lancers. Take down the wall to farm barbs for resources without losing troops.
