Latest Valor update has problems

It appears that with latest update resources are not increasing as time progresses. Coming back even after an hour and accumulated resources have not changed even at level 29. Appears to be in all worlds. Anyone else seeing this?

Sounds like a local cache issue. Do a hard restart of the application.
