Crashing?

Ok, this happens to me quite frequently,
When Im in a world, any world, and doing something whether it be building or attacking, supporting etc. The game just crashes and it is getting really frustrating sometimes when I am taking cities and it just goes black then back to my home screen.

Does anybody else have this problem, or is it just me.

Please help.

Hey bud, sorry you're having issues. Mind telling me what device you're on? Some of the older devices are having issues keeping up with Valor. We're currently looking at the problem.

Try to reinstall the app, it solve almost every problems and only annoying thing is that read guild's posts are shown as unread once done...

No, if you reinstall everything will be just like it was. Your Valor account is not stored on your device.
