W99 City Name Change

Conquered city in world 99 (322,248) and when I went to change name from barbarian city to my naming convention it said I had to pay gold to do so? What happened to the first name change after conquering a city being free? That's not the way to boost revenues... I am hoping its a glitch and not a prelude to future changes intended to increase revenues.

Each city should still get a free name change when you conquer it.

I will check and make sure there isn't an issue with that.

There has been an issue with at least three players, including myself in w100 as well.
When you attempt to change the name of a newly capped city, it asks for 5 gold pieces.

In last 24 hours I have conquered 2 cities and had to pay gold to change the name, too.

This just happened to me in W100.. Conquered enemy city but can't change name.
