Yesterday I was advised to do a factory reset on my cell phone to possibly stop problems with my keyboard. As a new user to all smart phone procedure I did not back up my game. I have 6 cities in world A1. When I reinstalled my game to another phone I was given the latest version of Valor that does not include my world. Please tell me there is a way to continue working on those cities. I am completely and utterly angry at myself for not knowing to back up my games.
Alaera was my world. I also began cities in A7, A8, A9, but these are not as important as Alaera. Is there a way to get back? I lplay using a HTC Amaze (android).
I fear that I can never go home again

Maybe I made an error, and its not world A1. I know its called Alaera.

Its World A1. Olor, he already has a support ticket out, so could you please see if the supoort guys can fix this before they leave for christmas?
