Self pwned

So I'm trying to get a bunch of medals and what stumped me was the self pwned title, it's the only title I haven't received yet besides decapolis but that one is self explanatory, I was thinking you support a barb to make it a lord but I did that and "wasted" my scholar. I have about 36 medals and still counting some please help me?

Isnt selfpwned capping ur own city 2x? Multiple scholarwaves
