Valor on Windows 8?

Im pretty sure this would be a big hit if valor was made on Windows 8 or a Windows 8 Tablet (Surface) like i have my self.
i really dont want to buy the iPad mini just to get a bigger playing experience when i already have the windows 8 surface.
I could do it myself but i dont have any of the developer API's in order to do so.

Hmm, do Windows 8 apps run on both the desktop and the tablet with out changes. That would be most interesting because you'd end up with a client for the Window Desktop. I haven't read up a whole lot on Windows 8 but I seem to recall reading something along those lines. Please correct me if I'm wrong I'd love to know the correct answer.

I would really like to see Valor on windows 10, support on pcs alone should be enough to make this happen.. However on top of pcs you have phones and tablets! You can't go wrong there.
