How to conquer a city and make it mine?? is attacking a city enough to have it??

1. Build academy
2. Educate scholars
3. Send scholar in attack wave (at least four different waves)
4. Conquer city

The above steps are correct, but, be sure to add troops with the scholar waves that you send to make sure they are defended so that they dont die. Trust me, I have been through that and lost a few scholars doing so.

a large troop or jst few soldiers??

All depends on the wall level. If it's a barbarian city just a few hundred will be enough. Remember one scholar per wave.
