Entering worlds

Is world 58 the only one i can go into? I cant figure out how to get into the other ones

For a brand new player world 58 would be the only world you can enter.

You will be able to create a new city on every world that opens up afterwards.

So i cant move to the earlier worlds? i was hoping to move to w52 :/
