Need in game message help

How do I use the in game messaging? When I click on the 2 into messages iT takes me out of the game, back to my standard iPad screen. I registered my email and had it validated. What are my next steps?

Have you tired to reinstall the game?

Yes, just reinstalled. Same thing happens and takes me out of the game.

Mmm, then i recommend that you send an ticket in to PlayMesh about your problem.
