Why can't I purchase gold I tap on the desired amount an nothing happens

Please make sure that all restrictions are off for Valor. You can find this setting in the general options settings area of your device.

If that still doesn't let you purchase gold please contact our support team. Details to do so are in my signature. Be sure to let them know exactly what happens when you tap on buy gold. Ie nothing happens, spinner runs, or etc.

I try to answer all questions that only I or someone at PlayMesh would be able to answer.

Examples of some types of posts I don't usually answer are any that deal with strategy, how units work, or any sort of general gameplay questions. Reason is that these are usually answered pretty quickly by other Valor players.
