It's been over 2 weeks now... Could we please get a answer from the valor workers explaining y this isn't working?

The meaning of there are currently no known issues means there isn't a blanket or wide spread problem with it.

There can still be individual players, like yourself, that are having issues with it.

When that happens with any issue contacting the support team is the best course of action.
