Hello. I purchased gold but It doesn't give me it. When I clicked to buy it again it says It hasn't downloaded yet. How do I get it to download?

It also happened to me at least more than 5 times even just now I didn't know who should I go to look for the answer! I did exactly the thing you mention above but it didn't work for me ! Please I need the golds that I bought!
