Ok I'm a new guild leader and I'm
Just curious as to what is the best way to get good active players

There really is no specific way to find active players. The first few days in a new world it is very hard to find active players because most players have 1,085-1,500 points. One way to sort through them is to look at their name and their city name. If their name is Lord192837473 or city name is still Lord192837473's City they are either inactive or new players. Once you have active players in your guild set up a "roll call" thread. In there once a week/day set up a thread for the day. If a player doesn't post for +3 days or for that week kick them and look for active players to replace them.
