Haul?

When my troops come back from attacking a barbarian city it says haul and it seems like I should collect it but when I check my resources it hasnt been added what's wrong?

you get a report when your troops reach an enemy city, where they pick up a certain amount of resources, when the troops arrive back at your city this haul is added to your resource stockpiles. If this isn't happening, then you should probably contact support by following the directions in any of the moderators siganatures

It is just really delayed for me I had just received it out of nowhere

So what do you have to do with the SEnd button? I've captured 3 coties and yet don;t seem to have received the haul amount? What should I do to get this?
