How do you get more citys

Hey I was wondering on how to cap a city I keep sending troops to the same city but I still haven't caped it what do i do to cap that city ?? Thanks you

Scholars. You need to build up forge to lvl20, then build an academy, then buy a scholarship and then educate a scholar. Then send your scholar(s) with troops to the city you want to cap. That's the basics. It's a lot of resources and training early on but it gets easier later.

Exactly what skippy said. Just to add to it I would say make sure you send lots of troops with your scholar(s) so they don't die. If your scholar dies then you can cap the city. You need to drop the loyalty from 100 to 0. It takes about 4-5 scholar hits to cap a city.
