Does enemy see their diplomacy status?

Does enemy see their diplomacy status?

If I choose a guild to be an enemy, will they see this or is this just visible to my guild members? Same question for non aggression pacts and allies.

Only for guild members to see the diplomacy status.
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
For support outside of the game, please go to:
