Bought coins, but they don't download

I bought some coins for the q ext. I confirmed with apple password, but the coins don't show up... I did it again, app.store replied, you all ready bougt this item, click ok for download, ok.....& still know coins..

Anyone a suggestion?

Hey Gents,

I heard the support guys discussing this thread right before I left the office. My understanding is that they're looking into it now. Keep sending support tickets, and if you have the time to send screen shots of any error messages you're receiving, we'd be forever indebted. I'll be super surprised if you don't hear anything by tomorrow afternoon.

It's at the top of the priority stack, as you can imagine.

I have been informed by the powers that by that if you restart your app now (completely close out of it and restart it), the coins will be there. Can someone who is having this issue please test it out and let me know?
