Where did my troops go?

I've just sent my troops put (1500) guards for a farming run and they should've been bak now but in the command menu they are bk where to be found. I've tried refreshing the page for at least 10 minutes and no change. It still claims that I have 1500 guards so they didn't die and there's no troops in supporting others. There's no movement either. So where are they? Thanks!

Edit: now it won't even let me send any troops from that city at all. If I even try to only send 1 scout it continuously gives me the "oops error" message. The city is unable to function at all, please help! Thanks :/
