Market transportation time?

What's the difference when you offer the transportation time? Like 5 hours or 1 hour?

It like troops each squear is like 5 mins so you choose how far away you are willing to go

It limits the range of which you are willing to trade.
1 hour - "I am willing to trade X resources to anyone within 1 hour walk of my current location"
5 hour - "I am willing to trade X resources to anyone within 5 hours walk of my current location"

etc...
