Transferring account
A friend of mines mother deleted the app from her device so she transfered it to another device, now she has it back on the original device but she can't transfer it back. Is there any way to get it transfered back to the original device?

That 30 day waiting period has been removed from your account, so yes.

The 30 day limit is still removed from that account, it is probably the other account that is preventing it. The 30 day waiting period would have to be removed from that also.
