New worlds area created roughly once a day, but fill quite quickly.

Note: I assume you mean standard worlds and not Speed or any other kind.

There aren't been any new world since 28.12 or i got a bug?

Not sure if you are aware but with new updates you need to go to portal, then worlds then standard to get any new worlds to show
