Gold Buy Didn't Arrive?

I bought a gild pack and my gold stayed at the 5 it was before I bought the pack.

The screen said the pack was purchased and the dollar amount came out of my iTunes account. Is there a delay in my gold being registered, because I want to use it ASAP.
