Troops' Morale

Why/when do the troops lose morale and how do I inspire them to keep murdering in the name of their lord?

Troops get bored if they attack the same city over and over again so their moral drops, also they don't like picking on the little guy their moral drops if attacking a much smaller city than their own,

Attacking different cities in a rotation is the best way to keep moral up

Thanks! So just waiting doesn't help, like how loyalty automatically regenerates?

It does but at a slower rate it's far quicker to follow what I said above

There is nothing that influences it one way or another.
