Alias not showing up

My alias name does not show up when you are on the map screen, It still sayes "lord1234567" I tried powering down/ restarting but it doesn't change... Can someone please help?

Have you already changed your name? And is your Internet connection strong? And make sure you are looking at the right city. Your city has a flag next to it.

@Xxmike: If you are on multiple worlds, here's something you can try: Go to your portal, then exit out of that world and enter a new world. Stay there for a few minutes, then go back to your portal and switch back to your old world. Usually it can take up to 5 minutes before the servers show the updated information. We had the same problem with a guy who changed his name and then joined our guild within 3 minutes. Although his name was listed properly in the guild roster, every post he made bore his old name. We had to kick him out of the guild and re-invite him to refresh the system.
